Case Study using Agile & Lean
End-to-End SDLC Product Enhancement
Phase 6:
Solution: Information Radiators
- For general executive information: Information radiators that show the daily progress being made during the sprint will be placed in either a common gathering area, a war room or accessible through something like JIRA.
- For more technical stakeholders: they’d be invited to attend daily stand ups, but not allowed to participate (unless requested by the Scrum team)
- Verification & Validation: The features that were committed to and completed during the sprint would be demonstrated at the end of the sprint to stakeholders.
- Lastly, at the end of the sprint the team and stakeholders would attend our retrospective to identify what worked well and what didn’t. At the same time, we could adjust any communication strategy as needed. The goal would be to foster a safe environment for continuous improvement.
