Solutions for Change Requests

  1. First, it would be the responsibility of the Scrum Master to protect the team from arbitrary change requests.
  2. Second, the change request would be placed into the high level product backlog, and evaluate it’s priority based on the existing features in the backlog.
  3. Based on the outcome of number 2, will determine if the feature request will be added to the next sprint or pushed further out.
