Solution: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Voice of the Customer (VOC)

Good, object oriented software development is ALWAYS based on developing loosely coupled components.  As such, as each component would be demonstrated and undergo UAT with stakeholders at the end of the sprint.  However, if the feature can  get completed and go through UAT in parallel with it’s existing sprint, and the VOC shows that the agreed upon outcome was not met, the feature should be corrected during the sprint (so as to not incur technical debt); if the VOC is an enhancement request, it goes through the process of any change request to the backlog ie value, prioritization,
